1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Shezan Restaurant website (shezan.in), you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of
these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Order Policy and
Commitment to Purchase
2.1 Formation of Contract
Placing an order through our website constitutes an unconditional and irrevocable offer by the Customer
to purchase the selected items, subject to these Terms. The contract is formed and binding upon the
Customer only when the order is formally confirmed by Shezan Restaurant via email or on-screen
notification.
2.2 Finality of Order
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all items, quantities,
personal details (name, phone, email), and payment information prior to submitting the order. Once the
order is placed, it is deemed final.
2.3 Strict No-Cancellation and No-Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food and our commitment to immediate preparation to ensure quality and
speed:
Order Cancellation: Once the order is placed, no cancellations by the Customer will
be permitted.
Refunds/Returns: Orders are generally ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges
based on customer preference, change of mind, or error.
2.4 Restaurant's Right to Refuse or Cancel Order
Shezan Restaurant reserves the unqualified right to refuse any order or cancel an order that has been
placed at its sole discretion, without liability, for reasons including, but not limited to:
Unavailability of ingredients or products.
System errors affecting pricing or availability.
Suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.
Inability to service the order due to force majeure or unforeseen operational circumstances.
2.5 Refunds for Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations
In the exclusive event that Shezan Restaurant cancels a prepaid order under Section 2.4, a full refund
of the amount paid will be initiated. The refund will be processed back to the Customer’s original
method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
3. Customer Collection
Responsibility (Takeaway)
3.1 Timely Collection
The Customer agrees to the timely collection of their placed order from Shezan Restaurant at the
designated pickup time.
3.2 Forfeiture of Order
Orders not collected by the Customer within the designated service window on the day of purchase, or
within a reasonable grace period communicated by the Restaurant, will be deemed forfeited. Such
forfeited orders are strictly ineligible for any refund or credit.
4. Payment
All payments must be completed at the time the order is placed. We accept payment methods as indicated on
our website. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, and your use of such gateways is
subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising during
the payment process.
